We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Construction Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced 12-week school refurbishment project in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-structured project with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations, ensuring work progresses on time and within budget.

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and deliveries on-site.

*

Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and safeguarding protocols (school site).

*

Maintain site records, reports, and communicate progress with the project team.

*

Liaise with clients, school staff, and stakeholders as required.

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within a live school or educational environment.

SMSTS

*

CSCS

*

First Aid certification

*

Enhanced DBS clearance within the last 12 months
