Our client is an established, growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors—from commercial new builds and education schemes to residential refurbishments and interior fit-outs. Due to continued growth they are ooking for an experienced Site Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is capable of running a site from the ground up or mid-project with minimal supervision.

Your Role:

Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites across commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors

*

Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification

*

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, plant, and logistics

*

Maintain H&S compliance and site documentation (RAMS, toolbox talks, inductions)

*

Work closely with Contracts Managers, clients, and design teams

*

Deliver high-quality finishes and build strong working relationships with stakeholders

*

Handle handovers, snagging, and client walkthroughs

Looking For:

*

A proven Site Manager with 4+ years’ experience across multi-sector builds (commercial, residential, education, or healthcare)

*

Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisation skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualified

*

Solid understanding of building regs, drawings, and quality standards

*

Comfortable managing fast-track or multi-phase projects
