About the Role:
We are seeking 3x experienced Site Engineers to join a well-respected Tier 1 Main Contractor for education/school build projects in North Norfolk, central Suffolk and North Essex. These are permanent or Freelance on-site roles. The project values range from Ā£30m - Ā£80m schools on 2 to 3 year programmes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Setting Out and Site Engineer duties on construction sites. If you have a proven track record in Engineering of this nature and deliver excellence, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a Site Engineer with relevant project prior experience - i.e. working on new build, schools / education projects is essential (even if of smaller values).
*
Our client is happy to consider Site Engineerās on a permanent / temp to perm basis ideally. (Outstanding long term freelance candidates may be considered)
*
Site Engineers should ideally hold: Engineering degree or similar, CSCS card as a minimum & ideally SMSTS / First Aid
*
Site Engineers must have Engineer knowledge and skills and can use relevant equipment / Stations.
*
Site Engineer duties include: Setting Out, Quality Assurance, reading drawings
*
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Tier 1. The chosen Site Engineer will receive a competitive day rate / salary + package in line with the market, circa Ā£70k - Ā£85k + package. DOE NEG.

The chosen person will ideally be located in daily commute of site
*
The projects start June / July and applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP.

Essential Requirements:

CSCS and Engineering qualifications
*
Proven track record working on large value projects
*
Enhanced DBS Clearance (or ability to obtain).
*
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and attention to detail.
*
The chosen Engineer should be located in the area within daily commute of site and be happy to work throughout the East Anglia region on future projects.
