Site Engineer – £45M Student Accommodation Scheme – Tottenham, London
A respected Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to support delivery of a new £45 million student accommodation scheme in Tottenham, North London. The development comprises 300 units across 7 storeys, featuring a traditional brick façade, and presents a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality residential-led project.
Key Responsibilities:

Set out works accurately in line with design drawings and specifications.
*
Carry out site surveys, maintain as-built records, and provide technical support to the site team.
*
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building regulations, and quality procedures.
*
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure correct installation of works.
*
Assist with temporary works coordination and management.
*
Monitor and record progress, ensuring work is delivered to programme.
*
Contribute to HSEQ compliance across the project and promote safe working practices.
Requirements:
*
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
*
Experience working as a Site Engineer on RC frame or multi-unit residential schemes.
*
Strong setting out, surveying, and QA skills.
*
Familiarity with traditional brickwork façades and associated detailing (preferred).
*
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
*
CSCS card and relevant health and safety training.
