Site Agent

We are currently recruiting for a Site Assistant/Agent to work for an establishment based in Leighton Buzzard.
Working Hours: 06:00am - 14:00pm, and 10:30 - 18:00 , Monday to Friday. Please note, the working hours are subject to change dependant on the weekly requirements.
Location: Leighton Buzzard.
Contract Type: Temp to perm.
This is a temporary role, however, could become permanent for the right candidate. No previous experience is essential, however, you must have trade based skills, for example: building, carpentry, basic plumbing, etc.
The role would include but is not limited to:
Monitoring all access for two large buildings/premises.
Being the responsible key holder, therefore, ensuring all security is adhered too.
Corresponding with external third parties regarding the hire and use of the buildings.
Carrying out general maintenance works including DIY and basic repairs to the equipment on site.
All candidates must be fit and active. Most of the work is hands on and manual.
All applicants MUST be willing to purchase a DBS check. If you already have a DBS it must be valid at the start of the assignment.
Skills/Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confident in completing admin duties.
