Job Description The Opportunity\n\nWe are currently seeking Site Agents to join our Clients team delivering projects within the Thames Water Framework, with immediate opportunities available at the Cricklade site.\n\nAs a Site Agent, you will take ownership of civil engineering projects within our Infrastructure Business Unit (Water division), managing them from contract award through to successful completion. Your focus will be on ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained while achieving the project’s commercial and programme objectives. You will report to either a Contracts Manager or Project Manager, depending on the scale and complexity of the project and your level of experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage site resources and allocate staff effectively to ensure efficient project delivery.\n\nMonitor and report progress against programme and budget to senior management.\n\nEnsure compliance with company safety policies and implement safe systems of work.\n\nEnforce and monitor the company’s Quality Assurance and Environmental Management systems.\n\nOversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring key milestones and client expectations are met.\n\nMaintain clear communication across all stakeholders regarding project progress and performan...
