Short Description

· Managing the site team/project director's diary.

· Organising on-site meetings and travel arrangements.

· Welcoming clients and liaising with contractors.

· Ordering site supplies such as stationery and PPE.

· Performing receptionist duties, including greeting visitors.

· Organising and scheduling appointments, maintaining the site calendar, and managing meeting room bookings.

· Writing and distributing emails and correspondence with internal stakeholders.

· Using Microsoft Office systems to facilitate administrative processes, including preparing reports and presentations.

· Maintaining the site training tracker and booking relevant courses.

· Promoting site internal communications using platforms and other social media.

· Promoting site activities externally in liaison with the site Office Manager and Communications Team.

· Managing subcontractors.

· Knowledge:

· Basic understanding of administrative processes and procedures.

· Familiarity with basic project management principles, particularly within construction.

· Introductory understanding of the construction industry, especially within the health sector, including relevant regulations and practices

· Skills:

· Strong IT skills for administrative tasks

· Ability to work under pressure

· Good communication and interpersonal abilities

· Basic problem-solving skills for addressing on-site challenges

· Organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
