Shuttering Carpenter

Our client, operating at the intersection of the construction, energy, and nuclear sectors, is currently seeking two skilled Shuttering Carpenters for a short-term contract. This role demands expertise in shuttering joinery and carpentry, with work focused on preparing for concrete pours around steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Fixing plywood around steel structures in preparation for concrete pours
Ensuring all shuttering works are carried out to the highest standards
Collaborating with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently
Adhering to health and safety regulations on site

Job Requirements:

Experience in shuttering joinery and carpentry
CSCS Card is mandatory
Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Details:

Contract duration: 2/3 weeks
Working hours: 8am to 4pm
