Venatu Automotive are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client for the role of Shift Engineering Supervisor based at a well-established depot in West Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a PSV / HGV Engineer ready to step into leadership, or for someone who is already a supervisor looking for a fresh opportunity to make a real difference in a forward-thinking engineering environment.
The Role
Overseeing the servicing and maintenance of the fleet to meet legal and safety standards
Allocating daily workloads and managing reactive issues effectively
Leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team
Ensuring optimal vehicle availability to meet service needs
Managing workshop stock and supporting warranty claim processes
Recording engineering performance and ensuring environmental compliance
Working closely with operational teams to maintain service reliability
Handling team performance matters, including conduct, absence, and training
Shift Pattern
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2: Sunday to Thursday, 14:00 – 22:00
