Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking. This role offers Hybrid Working.
Package: £37,540 - £48,000 depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

Let us introduce the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a SharePoint Specialist to join as part of the Safety, Sustainability, Health. Environment, Quality Business Operations Team. One of the first projects will be to overhaul the SharePoint structure and review the functions information assets.
Key Accountabilities:
* Maintain the overall health and wellbeing of SharePoint sites and other similar Electronic Document Management Systems.
* Create and maintain a modern look, easily accessible SharePoint site with associated pages in line with company arrangements.
* Create and implement mechanisms to measure and report performance against company governance arrangements.
* Provide guidance and education to the workforce on the effective use and best practice of document systems and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main Point of Contact for SharePoint and Electronic Document Management Systems requirements and queries, troubleshooting issues as they arise and creating effective and timely solutions.
* Manage and maintain site access and permissions.
* Create, manage, and maintain site lists and libraries.
* Ensure metadata is applied to all SharePoint site content in line with company arrangements.
* Create SharePoint site pages and ensuring that content remains current.
* Create and maintain associated Microsoft teams channels and any linkages to SharePoint sites.
* Measure, monitor and report on Electronic Document Management Systems performance and issues.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and company procedures are followed.
* Produce and deliver awareness of best practice to personnel on the use of SharePoint sites and content requirements.
* Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure that company requirements and standards are maintained, and learning is fed back for the purpose of continuous process improvement.
* Manage other active document management systems to ensure compliance standards are adhered to.
