Sewing Machinist

TeamJobs are recruiting for skilled Industrial Sewing Machinist for our busy client based in Portsmouth

We are looking for sewing machinist to work Monday - Friday

You will be responsible for;

• Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines, including (list specific machines, e.g., twin-needle machines, overlock machines)
• Interpret sewing instructions, patterns, and technical specifications
• Accurately sew and assemble (product/garment type) components
• Maintain consistent stitch quality and ensure all finished products meet our high standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Sewing Machinist
• Proven ability to operate a variety of industrial sewing machines
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
