Setting Out Engineer

Key tasks include;

* Conducting site setting out for house foundations, roads, sewers and groundworks on multiple housing developments

* Pre-site investigations, trial holes for accurate service location, additional topographical survey data collection

* Managing and producing site setting out information for both internal and external use

* Carrying out site as-built surveys

* Checking sub-contractor works setting out

The ideal candidate will;

* Possess previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer

* Have an excellent working knowledge of equipment and systems e.g. Auto Cad and Robotic GPS Total Station

* Promote a high standard of health and safety and environmental compliance

* Display excellent organisational, planning and time management skills

* Be self-motivated and able to manage projects simultaneously

* Hold a valid driving license...
