AEP Ltd is seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our busy Service Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating people and processes to deliver excellent service, wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing:
Scheduling and planning engineers work in line with service schedules and ongoing projects.
Handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices.
Coordinating service visits, breakdown responses, and remedial works.
Managing job documentation, including job sheets, waste transfer notes, and service reports.
Liaising with customers to book appointments, handle objections, and sell services where appropriate.
Using SAP to maintain service schedules, update equipment records, and process job completions

What Were Looking For:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Confident working with schedules, diaries, and administrative systems.
Comfortable using business software (experience with SAP is a plus).
Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
