Role; Service Coordinator
Rate; £16.70 Per hour (Monday-Friday 37.5hrs)
Duration; 6 Months poss. longer (Maternity Cover)
Do have customer service experience, and are you seeking a new Hybrid contract opportunity in Daresbury Park, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4?
NESFircroft is helping a collaborative company recruit a Service Coordinator.
Duties:-
Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers by managing requirements and enquiries.
Reviewing the quality, schedules, and safety requirements and ensuring that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations.
Managing all required reporting and documentation and ensuring all necessary data has been registered promptly in the system.
Coordinate and oversee service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics.
Manage the service order process in a timely manner from quotation and procurement to invoicing and cash collection.
To succeed, you should have; Excellent customer service, time management and multi-tasking skills and good experience with Microsoft office applications.
You will also need good numeracy skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hybrid working once trained – 2 days working from home.
