Salary: Up to £27,000 basic + OTE of £36,000+ (uncapped potential)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

We’re currently seeking a Service Advisor to join a busy and professional aftersales team in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone enthusiastic, personable, and detail-driven, with a focus on delivering high standards of service every day.

What You’ll Do:

* Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the service department

* Schedule service appointments and liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow

* Provide clear communication to customers regarding services, repairs, and costs

* Promote and upsell service plans, products, and aftersales offers

* Maintain accurate service records and adhere to administrative procedures

* Help meet team targets and contribute to a positive dealership environment

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
