An established and progressive company is looking for a Service Team Admin Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. Based in Stockport, this role is perfect for someone local who wants to work for a business with a strong community focus. As a Service Team Admin Assistant, you'll play a vital part in keeping the service team on track and ensuring customers are well looked after.
What will you be doing as a Service Team Admin Assistant?
Updating job status logs and maintaining customer databases
Uploading and managing information on customr online portals
Preparing task paperwork for field technicians
Assisting with data for contract management and KPI reporting
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Carrying out general admin tasks as needed
Working in line with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Experience in a similar role such as Service Administrator, Scheduling Coordinator, Office Assistant, or Customer Service Administrator
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills

£23,000 per annum
35-hour working week with an hour lunch break
9am-5pm or 8am-4pm working hours
20 days holiday + bank holidays (with 4 days reserved for Christmas)
