Following an exciting period of growth, our client is now looking for an exceptional SEO Manager to lead their digital growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of a talented SEO team and shape the future of a dynamic, fast-growing platform. As SEO Manager, you’ll lead a team of two SEO Specialists and a Digital PR Executive, working closely with the SEO Content Manager to drive meaningful results through increased search visibility.
About you
* Proven experience leading or mentoring teams in SEO
* Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and off-site strategies
* Comfortable and confident using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
* Ability to break down SEO performance and explain insights in a way anyone can understand
* A strategic thinker with a focus on driving business growth
Extra Points For
* Experience in property, legal or home-moving sectors
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS to streamline dev collaboration
* Experience with log file analysis or SEO dashboards
Your Key Responsibilities
* Track and analyse SEO performance, spotting quick wins and addressing issues fast
* Lead and mentor your team to deliver against commercial goals
* Uncover keyword and search trends to drive high-quality, converting traffic
* Respond to algorithm updates and protect key rankings
* Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve site speed and health
* Optimise pages for structure, user intent, and conversions
* Align on-page efforts with the SEO Content Manager to support wider business goals
* Drive digital PR and link-building to strengthen authority and trust
* Share SEO best practices across teams and champion data-led decisions that tie directly to growth
