SEO Lead - Digital Agency | London (Hybrid)
Location: London, Hybrid
Salary: £40k+DOE

Are you a strategic SEO thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for helping brands grow online? We're looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join a fast-paced, creative digital agency in London that delivers award-winning work for clients across lifestyle, tech, and eCommerce.
In this hybrid role, you'll lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients-blending technical, on-page, and off-page expertise to drive measurable results.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end SEO strategy and delivery for multiple clients
Conduct technical site audits and implement fixes in collaboration with dev teams
Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy
Oversee link-building campaigns and off-site SEO tactics
Track and report performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Present insights and recommendations directly to clients
Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practicesWhat We're Looking For
3+ years of SEO experience, ideally agency-side
Strong understanding of technical SEO and web architecture
Excellent knowledge of on-page optimisation, schema, and content SEO
Familiar with tools like Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush
Confident communicator who can translate SEO data into actionable insights
