Job DescriptionJob Title: SEO ManagerCompany Overview:My client is a dynamic and innovative creative marketing agency dedicated to driving measurable results for their clients.Specialising in B2B sectors, they pride themselves on delivering cutting-edge solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.Position Overview:As the SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies.You will be working across the full spectrum of SEO.There will be an element of pitching and client facing responsibilities in this role as well as the technical side.Responsibilities:Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Formulate and execute innovative SEO strategies tailored to the unique needs of B2B clients, encompassing technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, link building, and more.Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for organic growth within B2B niches.Technical SEO Optimization: Oversee technical SEO audits, identify technical issues hindering organic performance, and implement solutions to improve website crawlability, indexing, and site speed.Content Strategy and Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content strategies aligned with client objectives, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and drives organic traffic.Link Building and Outreach: Develop and execute effective link building strategies to enhance domain authority and drive quality backlinks from relevant sources within B2B sectors.Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and prepare comprehensive reports showcasing key insights and progress against KPIs.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO-related discussions with clients, providing strategic guidance, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships.Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing, and proactively integrate emerging best practices into client strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience working in SEO roles within an agency environment, preferably with a focus on B2B clients.In-depth understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
