The Role
As a Senior Test Specialist, you'll lead and support testing efforts across multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, V-Model). You’ll collaborate closely with project stakeholders and test teams to define and deliver robust test strategies across infrastructure, application, and hardware environments.
You will:
• Lead and mentor testers, contributing to a high-performance test practice.
• Produce test artefacts: plans, scripts, reports, and manage defects.
• Execute both manual and automated tests, including functional, non-functional, E2E, and regression testing.
• Coordinate environments, tools, and resources to support testing.
• Ensure delivery aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
