Senior Systems Integration Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to play a key role in the development and integration of cutting-edge electric traction and drive systems. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of innovative ETA (Electric Traction Architecture) products and solutions into a variety of customer vehicles and equipment platforms.
This is a technically diverse and strategic role that will see you contribute across the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition to system delivery—while engaging directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of ETA product families for integration into customer systems, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

Take ownership of technical specifications and requirements across vehicle and system development projects.

Deliver engineering solutions on time, to quality, and within budget.

Support project and programme management activities for both internal and customer-facing initiatives.

Define system-level requirements, targets, and goals for new and evolving products.

Decompose system requirements across motor, controller, and software components.
