The purpose of the post is to provide specialist knowledge of telecommunications assets to service site provider clients and expand the department.
Requirements of the role:
* Assisting senior colleagues and taking a lead role dealing with new telecom sites and
* lease renewals and upgrade and site sharing applications across Scotland and
* England.
* Providing general telecoms advice to our clients including portfolio management
* advice.
* Providing general advice on planning, wayleaves and services in respect of both
* rural, brownfield and rooftop telecoms sites.
* Ensure that all client files are managed to meet the firm’s assurance management systems ISO 9001 and OSHAS 18001.
Safety:
* Follow health, safety and environmental policies, guidelines and procedures as set out by the company.
* Ensure compliance and awareness of the firm’s lone working policy at all times.
Working Relationships:
* Work as part of a team and actively demonstrate a willingness to support both internal and external customers.
Knowledge and Qualifications:
* MRICS
* Full UK Driving Licence
Essential Skills:
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks competently.
* The ability to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
* To be able to understand, prioritise and operate within a fast paced environment.
* To be able to apply total discretion and confidentiality when handling highly
* sensitive information
