Senior Sub-Contractor Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for a Senior Sub-Contractor Co-Ordinator to join a forward-thinking social housing provider and play a key role in ensuring subcontractors deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
This is a permanent opportunity for someone ready to step up, take charge of subcontractor performance across repairs and voids, and make a lasting impact on vital housing services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and manage effective subcontractor relationships, from onboarding to day-to-day scheduling
• Track and analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Oversee compliance for asbestos, scaffolding, and fire risk works
• Lead monthly reviews of health & safety, SLAs, and commercial KPIs
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline collaboration
• Support team leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in social housing repairs and/or voids management
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and other IT systems
• Leadership and team management skills – you know how to bring out the best in people
• A proven track record of driving service quality and contractor performance
