£38,445 + generous benefits, career progression and development What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and manage effective subcontractor relationships, from onboarding to day-to-day scheduling
Track and analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Oversee compliance for asbestos, scaffolding, and fire risk works
Lead monthly reviews of health & safety, SLAs, and commercial KPIs
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline collaboration
Support team leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesWhat You'll Bring:
Experience in social housing repairs and/or voids management
Strong working knowledge of Excel and other IT systems
Leadership and team management skills – you know how to bring out the best in people
A proven track record of driving service quality and contractor performance
