✅ 10+ years’ experience in structural engineering (5+ years in residential sector) ✅ Master’s degree in structural engineering (preferably Chartered with ICE or IStructE) ✅ Expertise in reinforced concrete, steel, timber, masonry, geotechnical principles & foundation design ✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Excel, Word, Tekla Tedds, Masterseries ✅ Strong communication & problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
