A global and hugely successful business is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Developer to join the team. This role is urgent to join an award-winning, private equity, acquisitive company who are continuing to enable the entrepreneurial spirit of SMEs globally. The role is defined as a standalone role for their brand-new E-commerce product, following a recent acquisition.
The role will require
Design, code, test and maintain the software to ensure optimum functionality for end users.
Perform key portions of the system development lifecycle
Champion a 'continuous improvement' philosophy striving to improve the software and personal and professional technical knowledge
Work towards achieving or exceeding the departmental goals and expectations
Demonstrate leadership and mentoring behaviours with colleagues and peers.
Experience required
At least 5 years' commercial experience developing with the .Net framework and T-SQL
Familiar with Agile and the Scrum methodology
