Senior Sales Negotiator

My Estate and Lettings Agent Client are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing lettings team.

This role is ideal for a driven property professional with a strong track record in lettings negotiation and customer service.

You'll be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, and helping to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions

Managing applicant registrations and matching them with suitable properties

Arranging and carrying out property viewings with prospective tenants

Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants to achieve successful lets

Progressing tenancies through referencing and compliance checks

Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets

Staying informed on current lettings legislation and local market trends

Requirements:

Proven experience in a lettings negotiator or similar property role

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Solid knowledge of the lettings process and current legislation

Well-organised with good time management skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
