Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced RF/Microwave Engineers ready to take the next step into a senior or principal role, supporting the development of cutting-edge Electronic Countermeasure systems. You’ll be joining a growing engineering team delivering next-generation Electronic Warfare products.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the design and verification of complex RF/analogue sub-systems for high-performance, software-defined radio systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including antenna, digital hardware, firmware, systems, and software engineering.
*
Contribute to requirements definition, estimation, and planning of work packages.
*
Provide hands-on RF hardware expertise across transceivers, power amplifiers, and high-speed signal processing circuits.
*
Use tools such as SPICE, EM and signal integrity simulators, and Mentor Graphics for circuit design and capture.
*
Perform integration and testing of PCB assemblies using advanced RF test equipment and custom setups.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
*
RF and analogue design and simulation experience.
*
Power amplifier and T/R switch design.
*
RF cascade analysis and system-level understanding.
*
Experience with EM and large-signal simulation tools.
*
Strong knowledge of electronic components and design-for-manufacture practices.
*
Proficiency in verification, debugging, and RF lab testing.
Qualifications:
*
HND, HNC or degree (BEng/BSc/MEng/MSc/PhD) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
*
Must hold active SC clearance and be eligible for UK security vetting (UK nationals only)
