Senior Recruitment Consultant

Here at OnePlace Solutions we are looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team in Tamworth.
OnePlace Solutions are a midlands based agency specialising in Industrial, Warehousing, Engineering and Manufacturing.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Business development
Booking and attending new and current business meetings
Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
Filling a range of bookings
Supporting junior members of the team offering support, guidance and advice
Experience and skills required:
At least two years' experience within the recruitment industry
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
High level of initiative and accountability
Excellent time management skills
At OnePlace we are a friendly lot, we get the job done and enjoy doing it. Some days will be more stressful than others but we all pull together.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (With an early finish on the cards for Friday if our work is done)
