An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist firm based in Sheffield. This role involves full commercial management of infrastructure-related projects, with a focus on NEC 3 & 4 contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and negotiate NEC 3 & 4 contracts
Draft short-form contracts for the supply chain
Provide project rates and costings
Manage and negotiate Compensation Events (CEs)
Set up and track projects in Xero (with finance support)
Raise invoices, send applications, and manage CVRs
Maintain commercial trackers and upload to client portals
About You:
Strong experience with NEC contracts
Proven QS background, preferably within infrastructure or engineering
Proficiency in Xero (or similar systems)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ideal for a commercially astute professional looking to play a key role in project delivery and financial control.
