The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor , you'll manage projects across Residential, Logistics, Healthcare, Higher Education, Government and Retail-ranging from £1m to £100m+. From pre to post contract, you'll lead delivery, manage clients, and support junior team members, while working closely with forward-thinking Partners who are invested in your long-term progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
A Quantity Surveying in a UK Construction/Real Estate Consultancy
A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Ideally MRICS or working towards
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Strong Consultancy background
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
