Were working with a well-established main contractor based in the North West who are looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
Known for delivering a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects across industrial, commercial, and public sector schemes, this is a great opportunity for a QS who wants to work in a stable, supportive environment where quality and long-term relationships are at the core.
Youll be involved in projects typically ranging from £500k to £5m, managing costs from procurement through to final account. The role would suit someone confident running their own jobs, that is able to manage a small team aswell.
What youll be doing:
Managing the commercial aspects of multiple live projects

Overseeing subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations

Working closely with operational teams and reporting to senior management

Ensuring cost control and contract compliance at all stages

What were looking for:
Previous QS experience within construction

Strong knowledge of JCT contracts

A proactive, detail-focused approach and confident communication skills
