This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to join a well-established team on a complex, high-value project.The Senior Quantity Surveyor's main responsibilities will include:
Administering NEC contracts, ensuring compliance and timely management of change
Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance
Cost forecasting, CVRs, and risk management
Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
