Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor has become available with major civil engineering contractor that are delivering a £500M framework.
The current work is scheduled to run to 2030 and consists of civil engineering capital projects in the water sector. Projects range from £10M-£30M in value and are administered under NEC conditions.
This is a hybrid working role with two days per week on site in Southampton
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the effective management and issue of accurate, timely and compliant notices and correspondence and ensure the compliance of all contractual activities on the project
Ensure contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified to the Project
Maintain registers of variations, delay, extension times and claims, effective and consistent implementation of the Company's commercial policies and procedures
