Job Description We’re Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)

We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist structural services provider on a permanent basis. If you want to work on exciting infrastructure projects, in a supportive and collaborative commercial team — we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Review & negotiate NEC 3 & NEC 4 contracts
✔️ Draft and issue short form contracts to the supply chain
✔️ Provide project rates to support tenders and live works
✔️ Negotiate & verify Compensation Events with clients and subcontractors (alongside Project Managers)
✔️ Raise and review invoices with Finance
✔️ Prepare and submit applications for payment
✔️ Follow up on contract agreements & resolve outstanding issues
✔️ Review CVRs with Finance
✔️ Ensure accurate revenue recognition & allocation
