Job Description We’re Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)
Location: Sheffield | Hybrid/Flexible working available
Contract Type: 4-6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist structural services provider on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of high-profile infrastructure projects within a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Review & negotiate NEC 3 & NEC 4 contracts
✔️ Draft and issue short form contracts to the supply chain
✔️ Provide project rates to support tenders and live works
✔️ Negotiate & verify Compensation Events with clients and subcontractors (alongside Project Managers)
✔️ Raise and review invoices with Finance
✔️ Prepare and submit applications for payment
✔️ Follow up on contract agreements & resolve outstanding issues
✔️ Review CVRs with Finance
✔️ Ensure accurate revenue recognition & allocation
