Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about Formula One ?
This Tier 1 Contractor is delivering high specification Fit Out & Construction projects for some of the leading F1 teams.
They need an experienced QS/SQS who has experience of working on high-end office Fit Out & Construction Projects .
The company deliver Construction & High Specification Interior Fit Out Projects in the Commercial office sector . Projects are located across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Northants, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex & Wiltshire.
Project Values range from £500k up to £25 million.
Reporting to the Commercial Director this is a hybrid role.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working from home visiting project sites with 1-2 days a week in the HQ .
The successful candidate MUST BE ABLE TO demonstrate experience working as a QS on multi disciplined high end Commercial Office Fit Out & Construction projects,ideally for a Tier 1 /Tier 2 Contractor or large Interiors office fit out company.
