 Glasgow | Hybrid working (Office/Site/Home)
 Full-time (37.5 hrs) or Part-time (30 hrs)

 Up to £75,000 + car package 

A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team in Scotland. Based out of Glasgow, this hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of office, site and home working, supporting project delivery across the Central Belt.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial responsibility across one or more key projects — managing cost control, forecasting, contract administration, subcontractor management, and procurement. You'll play a strategic role within a collaborative, experienced team and contribute to driving commercial performance across the board.

What the client is looking For

Relevant qualification to SCQF Level 10 (e.g. BSc in Quantity Surveying)

Preferably MRICS (or working towards chartership)

Strong background with a Tier 1 main contractor

Experience working across public or private sector frameworks

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Central Belt

Confident communicator with a solutions-focused minds
