My client a Tier 1 Main Contractor, based in Hertfordshire with a large order book, and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting new project near Harwell, Oxfordshire.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• To deal with and manage the following
• Subcontractor procurement
• Payments
• Variations
• CVRs
• Final Accounts

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years post qualified Quantity Surveyor experience
• Top Main Contractor experience
• Big Structural Steel build project experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent 
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
