Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established and forward-thinking Cost and Project Management consultancy is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team based in vibrant, open-plan offices in Central London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team of 40 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, delivering projects from inception through to completion.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a diverse range of schemes including Arts, Commercial & Corporate Office, Data Centres, Residential (private & social), Heritage and Education schemes. You'll play a pivotal role across both pre and post contract stages, helping to drive project success and exceed client expectations.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

RICS-accredited Quantity Surveying degree
Chartered (MRICS) or close to achieving chartership
Minimum 5 years' experience in a cost consultancy / PQS environment
Broad project experience including residential and hospitality
Confident working across all project stages
Excellent communication and team leadership skillsIn Return?
