Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client is one of the UK's leading construction companies and we are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large scale civils scheme.�

SQS Responsibilities:

• Manage�Quantity�Surveyors.


• Develop�contract cost models to use in the contract documentation, ensuring these comply with the brief, budget, contractual requirements, legislation and regulations.


• Keep up to date with the market.


• Measuring, validating, recommending and authorising monthly valuations & payments.


• Record�costs into the database.�


• Control project costs.


• Developing and maintaining working relationships�with key internal stakeholders.


• Maintain health & safety standards.�

SQS Experience:

• Minimum 2 years working as a Senior / Managing QS.


• Quantity Surveyor background 3-4�years.�


• Good people management skills & a strong character.�

Rates:�negotiable.�
