My client is one of the UK's leading construction companies and we are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large scale civils scheme.�
SQS Responsibilities:
- Manage�Quantity�Surveyors.
- Develop�contract cost models to use in the contract documentation, ensuring these comply with the brief, budget, contractual requirements, legislation and regulations.
- Keep up to date with the market.
- Measuring, validating, recommending and authorising monthly valuations & payments.
- Record�costs into the database.�
- Control project costs.
- Developing and maintaining working relationships�with key internal stakeholders.
- Maintain health & safety standards.�
SQS Experience:
- Minimum 2 years working as a Senior / Managing QS.
- Quantity Surveyor background 3-4�years.�
- Good people management skills & a strong character.�
Rates:�negotiable.�
