Are you an experienced Quality Controller looking to take the next step in your career within the fresh produce sector? We are seeking a Senior QC to join a leading fruit packhouse operation in Maidstone Kent.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming fruit pallets and verify traceability and packaging accuracy.

Conduct quality assessments and set/review packing standards.

Complete product checks and online documentation in line with customer and BRC standards.

Perform regular line checks and ensure labels, packaging, and final product meet quality requirements.

Collaborate with production teams to maintain high-quality standards and address non-conformances.

Support technical compliance through accurate record-keeping, equipment checks, and shelf-life sample collection.

What Youll Need: Previous experience in a QC role within fresh produce or a similar fast-paced food production environment.

Strong attention to detail with confident decision-making skills.

Knowledge of BRC, retail customer standards, and traceability processes.

Solid communication skills and the ability to influence and support operational teams.

Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
