Our client is looking for a hands on Senior Project Manager/Project Director to sit on a major Data Centre as the No1. You will be driving the site team, while handling all client management.
You will have 5+ years expereince as a No1, you will have handled all things pre-construction and delivered successful projects with a Tier 1 contractor. You have experience looking after the full scope of work on site driving everything from program, quality and sub-contract management.
Can you protect the position of the business whilst looking to drive profitability and program.
Experience Required:
* Minimum of x2 Industrial/Factory projects delivered
* Strong communication skills
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
Duties and responsibilities:
* Planning and successfully delivering industrial projects
* Site management while supervising and coordinating staff, sub-contractors, plant, materials and management information
* Maintaining strict quality control procedures
* Reporting on financial and operational progress
* Escalating any risk or financial positions that need attention by management
* Managing a harmonious client, building trust and able to have the good as well as awkward conversations related to cost and time
