The Fraud team is responsible for fighting against all forms of fraud (such as payment fraud, compromised accounts, marketplace and promotions fraud), while working to ensure that a customer’s experience is both as safe and as frictionless as possible.
In this role, you will be a hands-on leader, fostering a culture of customer obsession with product sense and driving the team towards achieving its goals. You will lead the product development process, ensuring that the customer experience is secure, frictionless and seamless when booking travel through Hopper. Your expertise in payments and fraud management will allow you to take ownership of our relationships with fraud providers and establish efficient processes for fighting chargebacks.
As a Product Leader for Fraud, you will bring a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and technical know-how to the table. You will inspire your team to think creatively and deliver innovative solutions while maintaining a focus on customer experience and data measurement in the online travel space.
