Senior Practitioner - AMHP

Are you an experienced Senior Practitioner - AMHP - Mental Health Team.

If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Senior Practitioner - AMHP to join the Walsall Council - Mental Health Team.

This is a full-time role offering up to £33 per hour.

Here's the Role:

• Undertake AMHP duties, including Mental Health Act assessments and emergency interventions.
• Support and supervise team members in complex case management.
• Liaise with health, social care, and emergency services to ensure safe, legal, and effective responses.
• Contribute to care planning and safeguarding processes for service users with mental health needs.
• Promote best practice and compliance with legal frameworks and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registered
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS

Experience:

• Adults Social Work
