Senior Planner Duties

* Lead projects from concept to consent

* Navigate complex planning challenges

* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders

* Secure and negotiate planning consents

* Support with business development

Senior Planner Requirements

* Relevant experience with MRTPI status

* A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* A team player eager to learn and contribute

* Full UK driving license
