Job Description Lead Physiotherapist (MSK)
Full-Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Location: New Malden, Greater London
Base Salary: ~£42,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50k+)
Clinic Opens July 2025 (CQC-Certified)
Overview J&J Therapy is opening a new CQC-certified clinic in New Malden (right next to the train station). We fuse authentic Korean clinical massage with modern UK physiotherapy for a holistic, patient-focused service. We’re looking for a Lead Physiotherapist with strong MSK experience, ultrasound imaging skills , and a passion for both clinical excellence and service development .
Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Lead the MSK service, mentor junior therapists, and maintain top-quality standards.
Patient Care Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of MSK conditions, integrating UK physio methods with our deep-tissue Korean massage approach.
Integrated Practice Development Collaborate with the Clinic Director to refine our East-meets-West care model, ensuring culturally sensitive and highly effective treatment.
