Senior Oracle Consultant

Job Description Senior Oracle Cloud HR & Talent Consultant – Manchester/Hybrid - £70-80k

We are currently working with a highly regarded consultancy that is actively recruiting for an Oracle Cloud HR & Talent Consultant to join them on a permanent basis.

This will be a primarily remote role that will involve travel to clients in and around Manchester at key points during projects.

Responsibilities:

Focusing on Oracle HCM projects involving HR and Talent modules
Acting as a project lead, typically overseeing project teams of 4-5 consultants, ensuring high quality is delivered and that correct methodologies are followed
Working close with senior stakeholders, assisting and influencing them regarding key decisions around Oracle implementations
Leading workshops and meetings with clients, showcasing technical knowledge and the full range of services the business can offer
Maintaining an awareness of project risks and mitigating them where necessary

Key skills and requirements:

Must be eligible for UK SC Clearance
A proven track record of delivering Oracle Cloud projects in HR and Talent modules
Experience with two or more of: Performance & Goal Management, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Oracle ME applications, Oracle Grow,...
