💥 Senior National Account Manager💥FMCG - Confectionery📍 Hybrid ( 1 per week to Leeds)💸 c.£70,000 + Benefits The opportunity: A challenger brand in the confectionery category is now entering its next stage of growth. Already listed with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Ocado and Asda. The Senior National Account Manager will manage and develop existing accounts, win new business and build commercial capability for the business.What will my accountabilities be?⭐️Manage and develop existing key relationships, working with current accounts to create relevant and targeted promotions to help drive incremental sales⭐️Build and develop relationships with new customers, coming up with new initiatives to drive sales⭐️Collaborate with marketing to help bring the brand to life by devising targeted in-store marketing, including point of sale, creative displays, promotions and collaborations⭐️Work with current accounts to ensure strong shelf positioning
Who will I be working with?Reporting to the Head for Sales, you will operate as grocery lead for the business A great candidate will have:⭐️Proven success in FMCG Sales, and experience of working in grocery channel⭐️Strong commercial experience with a grasp and grip of “the numbers”.⭐️Results driven with a desire to succeed – you are a self-starter and can thrive in a small business that’s going places.⭐️Naturally positive with a real growth mindset and a resilient attitude.
