Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Engineering Projects: Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers, driving projects from concept to completion.

* Project Management: Create and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

* A degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.

* Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and industry practices.

* Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, along with FEA analysis tools.

* Proven experience in leading engineering projects and managing teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Familiarity with SolidWorks 3D, Mathcad, and Staad Software.

* Understanding of structural steel design principles.

* Chartered Engineer status is preferred.

* Practical workshop experience to complement design expertise.
